(L.S.) GORDON SAMUELS, Governor.

I. the Honourable Gordon Samuels AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales. with the advice of the Executive Council. and in pursuance of section 2 of the National Electricity (New South Wales) Act 1997, do, by this my Proclamation. appoint 14 August 1998 as the day on which section 9 of, and Schedule 1.6 [ l ] to, that Act commence.
