| Arrangement for conduct of election. |
[1] On 20 July 2016, the National Electrical Contractors Association lodged with the Fair
Work Commission the prescribed information in relation to an election in the Tasmania
Chapter for the following offices, due to insufficient nominations received in a previous
election (E2016/89):
Councillor (6) comprising:
Councillor from the Southern Group (1)
Councillor from the Northern Group (1)
Councillor representing the membership of the Chapter as a whole (4)
President
Vice President
Treasurer
National Councillor (2)
National Executive Member
[2] I am satisfied that an election for the abovenamed offices is required to be held under
the rules of the organisation and, under subsection 189(3) of the Fair Work (Registered
Organisations) Act 2009, I am making arrangements for the conduct of the election by the
Australian Electoral Commission.
