1Name of Rules

These Rules are the National Disability Insurance Scheme (Protection and Disclosure of Information) Amendment (No.2) Rules 2014.

2Commencement

These Rules commence on the day after they are registered.

3Amendment of National Disability Insurance Scheme (Protection and Disclosure of Information) Rules 2013

Schedule 1 amends the National Disability Insurance Scheme (Protection and Disclosure of Information) Rules 2013.
