National Disability Insurance Scheme Commencement Proclamation 2013

I, Professor Marie Bashir AC CVO, Administrator of the Government of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and under items 3, 4, 7 and 8 of the table in subsection 2(1) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013, fix 1 July 2013 as the day on which Chapters 2 and 3, Division 1 of Part 1 of Chapter 4, Parts 4, 5, and 6 of Chapter 4, and Chapter 5 of that Act commence.
