Act to amend the Schedule to the National
Debt SinkingFund Act 1966.
[Assented to 12 May 1967]
BE it enacted by the Queen’s Most Excellent
Majesty, the Senate, and the House of Representatives of the Commonwealth of
Australia, as follows:—
Short
title and citation.
1.—(1.) This Act may be cited as the National Debt Sinking Fund Act 1967.
(2.) The National
Debt Sinking Fund Act 1966, as amended by this Act, may be cited as the National Debt Sinking Fund Act 1966–1967.
Commencement.
2.—(1.) This Act shall come into operation on the day
on which it receives the Royal Assent.
(2.) The amendment made by the next succeeding
section shall be deemed to have come into operation on the first day of July,
One thousand nine hundred and sixty-six.
The
Schedule.
3. The Schedule to the National
Debt Sinking Fund Act 1966 is amended by omitting from the first column the
words “ Northern Territory (Administration) Act 1910–1962” and inserting in their stead the words “Northern Territory (Administration) Act 1910–1965”.
