REGULATIONS 1995

Made by the deputy of the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1.     These regulations may be cited as the National Crime Authority (State

Principal regulations

2.     In these regulations the National Crime Authority (State Provisions)

Regulations 1989* are referred to as the principal regulations.

Regulation 4 repealed

3.     Regulation 4 of the principal regulations is repealed.

Form 2 deleted
