294 National Crime Authority (State Provisions) Act Amendment Act 1987, No. 25 BE IT ENACTED by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:- 1. Short Title . This Act may be cited as the National Crime Authority (State Provisions) Act Amendment Act 1987. 2. Citation . (1) In this Act the National Crime Authority (StateProvisions) Act 1985 is referred to as the Principal Act. (2) The Principal Act as amended by this Act may be cited as the National Crime Authority (State Provisions) Act 1985-1987. 3. Amendment of s. 3. Interpretation . Section 3 of the principal Act is amended by omitting the definition "Minister" and substituting the following definition:- "Minister" means the Minister of the Crown for the time being nominated by the Premier of the State of Queensland to administer this Act and includes any Minister of the Crown for the time being performing the duties of the Minister;".
