This instrument is the National Consumer Credit Protection Amendment (Small Business Exemption) Regulations 2021.

    Subregulation 28RB(7) (definition of exemption period)

Omit “on 2 April 2021”, substitute “immediately before Parts 1 and 2 of Schedule 1 to the National Consumer Credit Protection Amendment (Supporting Economic Recovery) Act 2021 commence”.
