Regulations under the National Capital Development

Ordinance 1938.

Executive Council, acting for and on behalf of the Minister of State for the Interior, in pursuance of the powers conferred by the National Capital Development Ordinance 1938, hereby make the following Regulations.

C O M M I T T E E ( E X P E N S E S ) R E G U L A T I O N S .

1. These Regulations may be cited as the National Capital Planning short title,

and Development Committee (Expenses) Regulations.

2. Subject to the provisions of section four of the National Capital

Development Ordinance 1938, a member of the Committee who is engaged on the business of the Committee away from his home shall be entitled to receive—

(a) the amount actually incurred by him as the cost of convey-

ance in travelling for the purposes of that business; and

(b) a travelling allowance of Three pounds three shillings per

day for each day that he is engaged on that business.
