This instrument is made under the National Cancer Screening Register (Consequential and Transitional Provisions) Act 2016.

4Definitions

In this instrument:

Act means the National Cancer Screening Register (Consequential and Transitional Provisions) Act 2016.

5Prescribed registers or databases

Each of the registers or databases that contain information about individuals in connection with screening associated with cervical cancer mentioned in column 2, which exist under legislation of the State or Territory mentioned in column 1, is a prescribed register or database for the purposes of subitem 5(3) of Part 2 of Schedule 1 of the Act:
