1.Name

This instrument is the National Cancer Screening Register Amendment Rules 2018.

2.Commencement

This instrument commences on 1 June 2018.

3.Authority

This instrument is made under section 28 of the National Cancer Screening Register Act 2016.

4.Schedules

Each instrument that is specified in a Schedule to this instrument is amended as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms.

Omit “1 June 2018”, substitute “1 December 2018”.
