NASH & ORS
v
FOOD AND BEVERAGE AUSTRALIA LIMITED
[2021] HCASL 219
A26/2021
The applicants seek special leave to appeal from a unanimous decision of the Court of Appeal of the Supreme Court of South Australia (Lovell, Livesey and Bleby JJA) to dismiss an appeal against the decision of the trial judge (Blue J).
The application has insufficient prospects of success to warrant a grant of special leave and raises no question of principle. Special leave should be refused.
Pursuant to r 41.08.1 of the High Court Rules 2004 (Cth), we direct the Registrar to draw up, sign and seal an order dismissing the application with costs.
