1 Name of Plan
This Plan is Narromine Local Environmental Plan 1997 (Amendment
No 5).
2 Commencement
This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.
3 Land to which Plan applies
This Plan applies to land in Zone No 1 (a) (General Rural) under
Narromine Local Environmental Plan 1997.

[1] Clause 16A
Omit the clause. Insert instead:

| (1) | Despite clause 16, the Council may consent to the erection of a dwelling house on vacant land within Zone No 1 (a) if the land is described in Schedule 6. |
(2) This clause is repealed on the first anniversary of the commencement of Narromine Local Environmental Plan 1997 (Amendment No 5).
