1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Narrabri Local Environmental Plan No 52.

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to Lots 1 and 2, DP 735269 and Lot 15B, DP 156077, 66 Dangar Street, Narrabri, as shown coloured light scarlet, edged red and lettered “2 (d)” on the map marked “Narrabri Local Environmental Plan No 52” deposited in the office of Narrabri Shire Council.
