1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Narrabri Local Environmental Plan No 50.

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to Lot 18, DP 2854 and Lots 172 and 173, DP 540858, 42–46 Cooma Road, Narrabri, as shown coloured light blue, edged heavy black and lettered “3 (a)” on the map marked “Narrabri Local Environmental Plan No 50” deposited in the office of Narrabri Shire Council.

Insert in appropriate order in the definition of the map:
