Clause 1 Narrabri Local Environmental Plan No 39

Narrabri Local Environmental Plan No 39

1     Name of plan

This plan is Narrabri Local Environmental Plan No 39.

2     Aims of plan

This plan aims to rezone the land to which this plan applies from Zone No 1 (a) (the General Rural Zone) to Zone No 2 (b) (the Residential “B” Zone) under Narrabri Local Environmental Plan No 2.

3     Land to which plan applies

This plan applies to Lots 134 and 135, DP 757093, Parish of Cooma, County of White, Town of Narrabri, as shown coloured light scarlet, edged red and lettered “2 (b)” on the map marked “Narrabri Local Environmental Plan No 39” deposited in the office of Narrabri Shire Council.

4 Amendment of Narrabri Local Environmental Plan No 2

Narrabri Local Environmental Plan No 2 is amended by inserting in appropriate order in the definition of the map in clause 5 the following words:
