Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979.

1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Narrabri Local Environmental Plan 2012 (Amendment No 6).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land at Boggabri:

(a)	Lot 1, DP 133559, 2 Boston Street,
(b)	Lot A, DP 361385, 103 Caloola Road,
(c)	Lot 28, DP 755475, 132 Caloola Road,
(d)	Lot 2, DP 455136, 201 Caloola Road,
(e)	part of Lot 7009, DP 1050939, 69 Denman Street,
(f)	Lot 2, DP 133559, 13839 Kamilaroi Highway,
(g)	part of the Reservoir Lane road reserve.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Narrabri Local Environmental Plan 2012 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the Minister on the making of this Plan.
