This Plan is Narrabri Local Environmental Plan 2012 (Amendment No 16).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land at Narrabri—

(a)	Lot 159, DP 852877, 488 Yarrie Lake Road,
(b)	Lot 158, DP 711841, 622 Yarrie Lake Road,
(c)	Lot 2, DP 622404, 237 Culgoora Road,
(d)	Lot 2, DP 1260466, Culgoora Road,
(e)	part Lot 1102, DP 1169062, Culgoora Road.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Narrabri Local Environmental Plan 2012 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the local plan-making authority on the making of this Plan.
