2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to land at 8B Doyle Street, Narrabri, being Lot 7, DP 667787 and land at 52–64 Belar Street, Bellata, being Lots 1–7, Section 14, DP 758081.
