2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the land to which the Narrabri Local Environmental Plan 2012 applies.

4 Amendment of Narrabri Local Environmental Plan 2012

Clause 4.2B Erection of dwelling houses and dual occupancies on land in certain

rural and environment protection zones

Insert “and dual occupancies” after “houses” in clause 4.2B (1) (b).
