1 . This Act mav be cited as the "Nar rabr i Hospital

2. The lands described in the First Schedule to this Act, being part of the land comprised in certificate of

title, registered volume one thousand two hundred and,
twenty-four, folio thirty, held by trustees for the Narrabri Hospital, are hereby vested in His Majesty,
and shall be deemed to be Crown land reserved from
sale or lease within the meaning of the Crown Lands
Consolidation Act, 1913.
3. (1) The trustees of the Narrabri Pastoral, Agri­ cultural, and Horticultural Association are hereby authorised to transfer to the trustees of the Narrabri Hospital the land described in the Second Schedule to this Act.

(2) The land so transferred shall be held by the

trustees of the Narrabri Hospital upon trust for that
hospital.

Description.

All tha t piece or parcel of land containing by admeasurement G acres 2 roods 27 perches or thereabouts , being part of the land comprised in certificate of t i t le, registered volume 1,-21, folio 38, and pa r t of original measured portion .307 at Na r r ab r i of parish of N a r r ab r i , county of Xandewar , and Sta te of New South Wales, be the herein- after-mentioned several dimensions a litt le more or less :—Commencing a t a. point on the north-cast boundary of the railway lands being the most southern corner of land comprised in certificate of t i t le registered volume 1,224, folio 30, containing 5 acres, also a p a r t of said port ion 3 0 7 ; and bounded thence on the north-west by the said 5 acres bear ing 54 degrees 50 minutes 7 chains 17,'y l inks, on the north-east by a line bearing 1 14 degrees 51 minutes 9 chains Gl-,'\ l inks, on the south-east by a road bearing 234 degrees 51 minutes (i chains 9 8 ^ l inks, and on the south-west bv the railway lands bearing 331 decrees 1 minu te 100 links. 328 degrees 17 minutes 100 links, 325 degrees 33 minutes 100 links, 322 degrees 49 minutes 100 l inks, and 521 degrees 27 minutes 5 chains 63 links, to tin- point of commencement.
