1Name

This instrument is the Narcotic Drugs (Licence Charges) Amendment (Charge Amounts) Regulations 2025.

2Commencement

1. (1)

   Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

Schedule 1Amendments

Omit “$27,830”, substitute “$28,310”.

13Application of amendments made by the Narcotic Drugs (Licence Charges) Amendment (Charge Amounts) Regulations 2025

1. (1)

   The amendments of section 6 made by the Narcotic Drugs (Licence Charges) Amendment (Charge Amounts) Regulations 2025 (the amending regulations) apply to licence years that start on or after 1 July 2025.

2. (2)

   The amendments of section 6A made by the amending regulations apply to inspections commenced on or after 1 July 2025.
