Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979.

1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Nambucca Local Environmental Plan 2010 (Amendment No 20).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to Lots 10, 11 and 13–16, Section F, DP 20823, Lots 1–3, SP 39823 and Lots 91 and 92, DP 854122, being 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, 13 and 15 Adin Street and 2A Gloucester Street, Scotts Head.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Nambucca Local Environmental Plan 2010 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the Minister on the making of this Plan.
