1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Nambucca Local Environmental Plan 2010 (Amendment No 15).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to certain land at Nambucca Heads, being:

(a)	part of Lot 1, DP 1004209, Centenary Parade, and
(b)	part of Lot 22, DP 1161807, 4 Fred Brain Avenue.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Nambucca Local Environmental Plan 2010 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the Minister on the making of this Plan.

Schedule 4 Classification and reclassification of public land

Insert in appropriate order in Part 2 in Columns 1, 2 and 3, respectively:
