Nambucca Local Environmental Plan 1995 (Amendment

No 66)

under the

Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979

1      Name of plan

This plan is Nambucca Local Environmental Plan 1995 (Amendment

No 66).

2      Aims of plan

This plan aims to rezone the land to which this plan applies from Zone No 2 (d) Residential (Tourist) to Zone No 3 (a) General Business under Nambucca Local Environmental Plan 1995.

3      Land to which plan applies

This plan applies to:

(a)	Lot 2, DP 544563, Lot 13, DP 654087 and Lot 14, DP 654086, Boundary and Cooper Streets, Macksville, and
(b)	Lots 2 and 3, DP 550795, Lot D, DP 440131, Lot 2, DP 512309, Lot 2, DP 435465, Lot A, DP 377231, Lot 7, DP 661210 and Lot 1, DP 520819, 25–33 Cooper Street, Macksville,

as shown coloured blue on the map marked “Nambucca Local Environmental Plan 1995 (Amendment No 66)” deposited in the office of Nambucca Shire Council.

4 Amendment of Nambucca Local Environmental Plan 1995

Nambucca Local Environmental Plan 1995 is amended by inserting in appropriate order in the definition of the map in clause 5 (1) the following words:
