No 59)

Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979

1      Name of plan

This plan is Nambucca Local Environmental Plan 1995 (Amendment

No 59).

2      Aims of plan

This plan aims, with the consent of Nambucca Shire Council, to extend the use as a motor showroom to the whole of the land to which this plan applies, being land within Zone 1 (a2) Rural (Prime/Flooding) under Nambucca Local Environmental Plan 1995.

3      Land to which plan applies

This plan applies to Lot 2, DP 245263, Nursery Road, North Macksville, as shown edged heavy black on the map marked “Nambucca Local Environmental Plan 1995 (Amendment No 59)” deposited in the office of Nambucca Shire Council.

4 Amendment of Nambucca Local Environmental Plan 1995

Nambucca Local Environmental Plan 1995 is amended by omitting the matter relating to Lot 2, DP 245263, Nursery Road under the heading “Macksville” in Schedule 5 and by inserting in alphabetical order of locality the following words:

North Macksville

Lot 2, DP 245263, Nursery Road—motor showroom.
