1      Name of plan

This plan is Nambucca Local Environmental Plan 1995

(Amendment No 43).

2      Aims of plan

This plan aims to rezone the land to which this plan applies from Zone No 6 (c) Private Recreation to Zone No 2 (a) Residential (Low-Medium Density) under Nambucca Local Environmental Plan 1995.

3      Land to which plan applies

This plan applies to part of Lots 51 and 52, DP 1009844, Nancye Roberts Drive, Macksville, as shown edged heavy black on the map marked “Nambucca Local Environmental Plan 1995 (Amendment No 43)” deposited in the office of the Nambucca Shire Council.

4 Amendment of Nambucca Local Environmental Plan 1995

Nambucca Local Environmental Plan 1995 is amended by inserting in appropriate order in the definition of the map in clause 5 (1) the following words:
