Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979

1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Nambucca Local Environmental Plan 1995 (Amendment

No 42).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Aims of Plan

This Plan aims to amend Nambucca Local Environmental Plan 1995:

(a)	to rezone the land to which this Plan applies from Zone 6 (a) Public Recreation to Zone 2 (a) Residential (Low–Medium Density), and
(b)	to reclassify the land to which this Plan applies from community land to operational land within the meaning of the Local Government Act 1993.

4      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to part of Lot 2, DP 864792, Short Street, Nambucca Heads, as shown coloured pink and edged heavy red on the map marked “Nambucca Local Environmental Plan 1995 (Amendment No 42)” deposited in the office of Nambucca Shire Council.

Insert in appropriate order in the definition of the map in clause 5 (1):

Omit “cited at the end of the description of the land” from clause 62A (5).

Insert instead “that inserted the description of the land into that Part”.
