GUMMOW J:   The application of the applicant, a citizen of India, for a protection visa was rejected by a delegate of the first respondent.  The Refugee Review Tribunal upheld that decision on credit grounds and other grounds.  The Federal Magistrates Court (Hartnett FM) refused judicial review.  The Federal Court of Australia (Jessup J) dismissed an appeal.

The documents filed in support of the applicant’s application for special leave to appeal to this Court raise only factual questions.

There are no prospects of success in any appeal were special leave to be granted.  The application must be dismissed.

Pursuant to r 41.10.5 we direct the Registrar to draw up, sign and seal an order dismissing the application for special leave.  I publish the disposition signed by Heydon J and myself.

AT 9.40 AM THE MATTER WAS CONCLUDED
