To the extent that this application for special leave to appeal seeks to challenge the decision of the Federal Court of Australia on matters argued before that Court, an appeal to this Court would not enjoy sufficient prospects of success to warrant the grant of special leave to appeal.
To the extent that the application seeks to agitate issues in this Court that were not advanced below, this case is not a suitable vehicle for the determination of such issues.
Special leave should be refused.
