1CitationThese Regulations may be cited as the Mutual Recognition (Temporary Exemption for Prohibited Plastic Bags) Regulations.
2CommencementThese Regulations commence on 1 September 2011.
3Temporary exemption for prohibited plastic bagsFor section 15 of the Commonwealth Act, the Environment Protection (Beverage Containers and Plastic Bags) Act is, to the extent it relates to prohibited plastic bags, a law to which that section applies.
4ExpiryThese Regulations expire on 31 August 2012.
