Regulations under the Mutual Recognition (Northern Territory) Act

1Citation

These Regulations may be cited as the Mutual Recognition (Temporary Exemption for Beverage Containers) Regulations.

2Commencement

These Regulations commence on the commencement of Part 2 of the Environment Protection (Beverage Containers and Plastic Bags) Act.

3Temporary exemption for certain beverage containers

For section 15 of the Commonwealth Act, the Environment Protection (Beverage Containers and Plastic Bags) Act is, to the extent it relates to regulated containers, a law to which that section applies.

4Expiry

These Regulations expire 12 months after they commence.
