Mutual Recognition (Queensland) Temporary Exemptions Regulation 2018

1   Short title

This regulation may be cited as the Mutual Recognition (Queensland) Temporary Exemptions Regulation 2018.

2   Temporary exemptions about container refund scheme—Act, s 7

For the Commonwealth Act, section 15, the following laws are declared to be laws to which the Commonwealth Act, section 15 applies—

(a)the Waste Reduction and Recycling Act 2011, chapter 4, parts 3B and 5;

(b)other provisions of that Act, to the extent the provisions relate to the container refund scheme established under that Act.

3   Expiry

This regulation expires on 31 October 2019.
