s1 2 s3 Mutual Recognition (Queensland) No. 257, 1994 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Mutual Recognition (Queensland) Regulation 1994 . ˙ Temporary prohibition on sale of certain hair and scalp preparations 2. Section 15 of the Commonwealth Act applies to the following laws— section 124(3) of the Health Act 1937 the Prescribed Substances Standards and Methods Regulation 1987 so far as it prescribes a proportion of lead or a compound of lead for the purpose of section 124(3) of the Health Act 1937 . ˙ Expiry 3.
