s1 2 s3 Mutual Recognition (Queensland) No. 257, 1994 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Mutual Recognition (Queensland) Regulation 1994 . ˙ Temporary prohibition on sale of certain hair and scalp preparations 2. Section 15 of the Commonwealth Act applies to the following laws— • section 124(3) of the Health Act 1937 • the Prescribed Substances Standards and Methods Regulation 1987 so far as it prescribes a proportion of lead or a compound of lead for the purpose of section 124(3) of the Health Act 1937 . ˙ Expiry 3.
