Mutual Recognition (Automatic Deemed Registration Notification—Northern Territory) Determination 2022

I, Chanston James Paech, Minister for Racing, Gaming and Licensing, under section 42J(4) of the Mutual Recognition Act 1992 (Cth), and with reference to section 4 of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901, determine that each registration specified in the Schedule is a registration for which notification is required by 42J(1) of the Mutual Recognition Act 1992 (Cth).
