1Name of Regulations

 These Regulations are the Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters (Money-Laundering Convention) Amendment Regulations 2001 (No. 1).

2Commencement

 These Regulations commence as follows:

  • (a)

    on gazettal — regulations 1 to 3 and Schedule 1;

  • (b)

    on 1 September 2001 — Schedule 2.

3Amendment of Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters (Money-Laundering Convention) Regulations 1997

 Schedules 1 and 2 amend the Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters (Money-Laundering Convention) Regulations 1997.
