Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters (France) Regulations

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters Act 1987.

Citation

 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters (France) Regulations.

[NOTE: These Regulations commence on gazettal: see Acts Interpretation Act 19 01, s. 48]

Interpretation

 2. In these Regulations, “the Act” means the Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters Act 1987.

Application of the Act

 3. The Act, other than Parts I, III, IV, V, VI and VII, applies in relation to France.
