Mutual Assistance in Business (Regulation) Regulations 2(Amendment)

I, The Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Mutual Assistance in Business Regulation Act 1992.

1.   Amendment

1.1   The Mutual Assistance in Business (Regulation) Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

[NOTE: These Regulations commence on gazettal: see Acts Interpretation Act 1901, s. 48.]

2.   Regulation 4 (Commonwealth regulators)

2.1   Regulation 4:

Add at the end:

• “; (c)

  Insurance and Superannuation Commissioner appointed under the Insurance and Superannuation Commissioner Act 1987, or a person for the time being acting as Insurance and Superannuation Commissioner under that Act.”.
