Mutual Assistance in Business Regulation Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, WILLIAM PATRICK DEANE, Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Mutual Assistance in Business Regulation Act 1992.

1.   Commencement

1.1   These regulations commence on gazettal.

2.   Amendment

2.1   The Mutual Assistance in Business Regulation Regulations are amended as set out in these regulations.

3.   Regulation 4 (Commonwealth regulators)

3.1   Paragraphs 4 (a), (b) and (c):

Omit the paragraphs, substitute:

• “(a)

  Australian Competition and Consumer Commission;

• (b)

  Australian Prudential Regulation Authority;

• (c)

  Australian Securities and Investments Commission.”.
