1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Muswellbrook Local Environmental Plan 2009 (Amendment No 8).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to Lot 1, DP 323945, Yarrawa Road, Denman.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Muswellbrook Local Environmental Plan 2009 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the Minister on the making of this Plan.

5 Amendment of Muswellbrook Local Environmental Plan 2009

Clause 6.1 Arrangements for designated State public infrastructure

Insert after clause 6.1 (3):

This clause does not apply to Lot 1, DP 323945, Yarrawa Road,

Denman.
