1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Muswellbrook Local Environmental Plan 2009 (Amendment No 15).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land within the Lake Liddell Recreation Reserve—

(a)	Lot 2, DP 238862,
(b)	Lots 31, 33, 34, 35, 37, 38, 39, 40 and 41, DP 241179,
(c)	Lot 2, DP 556370,
(d)	Lot 7304, DP 1128223,
(e)	Lots 2, 6, 7, 11, 13, 15, 19, 20, 22, 25, 26, 30, 32, 34 and 36, DP 1193430.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Muswellbrook Local Environmental Plan 2009 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the local plan-making authority on the making of this Plan.
