I, Rear Admiral Sir DAVID JAMES MARTIN, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Murray Valley Citrus Marketing Act 1989, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint:

(a)	29 June 1990 as the day on which sections 1-4 and 12 of that Act commence; and
(b)	1 July 1990 as the day on which the remaining provisions of that Act (excepting sections 52 and 53) commence; and
(c)	1 September 1990 as the day on which sections 52 and 53 of that Act commence.
