This Plan is Murray Local Environmental Plan 2011 (Amendment No 4).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to Lot 1, DP 222761, 75 Meninya Street, Moama.

Schedule 1 Additional permitted uses

Omit “(When this Plan was made this Schedule was blank)”.

Insert instead:

1      Use of certain land at 75 Meninya Street, Moama

This clause applies to land at 75 Meninya Street, Moama, being Lot 1,

DP 222761.

(2)

Development for the purpose of a vehicle body repair workshop is

permitted with development consent.
