1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Murray Local Environmental Plan 2011 (Amendment No 12).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to 52 Perricoota Road, Moama, being part of Lot 261, DP 728943.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Murray Local Environmental Plan 2011 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the local plan-making authority on the making of this Plan.

5 Amendment of Murray Local Environmental Plan 2011

(1) Schedule 1 Additional permitted uses

Insert at the end of the Schedule:

3      Use of certain land at 52 Perricoota Road, Moama

This clause applies to land at 52 Perricoota Road, Moama, being part of Lot 261, DP 728943 and identified as “3” on the Additional Permitted Uses Map.

Development for the purpose of a public administration building is

permitted with development consent.
