1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Murray Local Environmental Plan 2011 (Amendment No 11).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to land within Crown Reserve R56146 at Moama that is occupied by the mooring specified in commercial mooring licence CL 6224.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Murray Local Environmental Plan 2011 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the local plan-making authority on the making of this Plan.

Schedule 1 Additional permitted uses

Insert at the end of the Schedule:

2      Use of certain land within Crown Reserve R56146

(1)

This clause applies to land within Crown Reserve R56146 at Moama that is occupied by the mooring specified in commercial mooring licence CL 6224 and located opposite Lot 1, DP 903914, Forbes Street, Moama and Lots 3–5, section 58, DP 758686, Ward Street, Moama.

Development for the purpose of a restaurant is permitted with

development consent.
