1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Murray Local Environmental Plan 1989 (Amendment

No 15).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to Lot 17, DP 1084308 at Perricoota Road, Heritage Drive, Grenache Road and Burgundy Court, Moama, as shown edged heavy black on the map marked “Murray Local Environmental Plan 1989 (Amendment No 15)” deposited in the office of Murray Shire Council.
