THE Murray-Darling Basin Act 1992—Proclamation published in the Government Gazette of 6 October 1993, Gazette No. 109 on page 6127 was published with an incorrect date:

“Signed and sealed at Sydney, this 29 day of September 1993.”

It should have read:

“Signed and sealed at Sydney, this 6 day of October 1993.”
