Murdoch University (Whitby Falls Farm)

Proclamation 2014

Made under the Murdoch University Act 1973 section 24(2)(a) by the
Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

This proclamation is the Murdoch University (Whitby Falls
Farm) Proclamation 2014.

2.            Whitby Falls Farm

Whitby Falls Farm comprises —

(a)	Lot 4590 on Deposited Plan 226079, being the whole of the land comprised in Certificate of Title Volume LR3120 Folio 558; and
(b)	Lot 4589 on Deposited Plan 226080, being the whole of the land comprised in Certificate of Title Volume LR3120 Folio 557; and
(c)	Lot 4594 on Deposited Plan 248376, being the whole of the land comprised in Certificate of Title Volume LR3120 Folio 562; and
(d)	Lot 4364 on Deposited Plan 249321, being the whole of the land comprised in Certificate of Title Volume LR3103 Folio 327; and
(e)	Lot 4384 on Deposited Plan 219822, being the whole of the land comprised in Certificate of Title Volume LR3014 Folio 671.

3.            Whitby Falls Farm declared as University land

The land described in clause 2 and known as "Whitby Falls
Farm" is declared to be University land.
