AMENDING BY-LAW

It is hereby notified that the Governor in Executive Council, acting under the provisions of section 24 of the Murdoch University Act 1978, has approved Amending By-Law No. 1 of 2015 as set out in the attached schedules.

Amending By-Law No. 1 of 2015

The University By-Laws are hereby amended as follows-

1. This Amending By-Law comes into operation on the day on which it is gazetted in the

Government Gazette.

2. The Murdoch University By-Laws are amended as set out in the attached Schedule A.

The Common Seal of Murdoch University was hereto affixed by authority given by Senate Resolution

S/11/2014.

1. In by-law 39. (3)-

(a) delete "a charge of $40" after "pay";

(b) insert "all reasonable costs" after "pay".

(a) delete sub by-law (4).
