AMENDED BY-LAW

It is hereby notified that the deputy of the Governor in Executive Council, acting under the provisions of Section 24 of the Murdoch University Act 1973, has approved an amendment to By-law 42 as set out in the attached schedule.

The proposed amendment of By-law 42 as set out in the Schedule has been approved by an absolute majority of the members of the Senate in accordance with Section 24(4) of the Murdoch University Act 1973.
